Beer is a beverage loved by millions of people worldwide. In fact, gallons upon gallons of local and imported beers are consumed daily in Las Vegas alone. Because of this love and appreciation for beer, thousands of individuals flock to Las Vegas to take part in beer festivals. There will be two beer festivals coming up in the month of August – the Desert Hops and Nevada International Beer Festival and the Las Vegas Beer and Barrel Project.
On August 22, 2015, multiple beer brewers from across the world and Nevada will join forces and offer their unlimited tasting of their signature brews for one evening. The Desert Hops and Nevada International Beer Festival will feature 150 craft beers from local breweries as well as those from New Zealand, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Mexico and Japan. Apart from the refreshing beer brews, savory fare will also be offered all throughout the night.
The Desert Hops and Nevada International Beer Festival will be held at the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan. Ticket prices start at $30.
If beer is more of a passion to you than just an alcoholic drink, be a part of the Las Vegas Beer and Barrel Project on August 28-30, 2015. Apart from having the opportunity to sample beer variants created from over 30 breweries, you’ll also get the chance to pick the brains of several brewers through lectures, seminars, and panel discussions. Craft barrels will also be opened for tasting during the 3-day celebration. Apart the libations, participants will also get to enjoy signature dishes brought to you by Chefs Michael Mina, Hubert Keller, and Charlie Palmer.
The Las Vegas Beer and Barrel Project will be held at the Mandalay Bay. Tickets are sold at $75 for an All You Can Drink and Eat ticket.
