RESERVATIONS: We recommend that our customers reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone upon availability.
CANCELLATION: Earth Buses, LLC require a 7-day cancellation policy for all Federal Holidays & Special Events (defined below). For Federal Holidays & Special Events, Earth Buses, LLC will charge a 50%, non-refundable deposit on all transportation reservations. The cancellation fee shall be the entire deposit, unless request is cancelled more than 7 days from departure destination. All other cancellations require a notice of cancellation not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the departure time originally agreed upon for all vehicles. If notice of cancellation is not timely given twenty-four (24) hours prior, a charge equal to the minimum charge for the service originally requested will be charged by the carrier.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Special Events are defined as High school proms, high school homecomings, NASCAR, NFR (National Finals Rodeo), EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival), CES (Consumer Electronics Show), Rock In Rio, and all events forecasted by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority with an estimated visitor count of 60,000 people or more.
HOLIDAYS: Holidays are defined as New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
NO SHOWS: If you do not see our driver at a certain pick up point do not leave before calling our dispatch office. You must call 702-331-0444 so that we can direct you to the chauffeur. If you leave without our office getting a call you (The Reserving Customer) will be billed for the full price of the ride (No-show fee). If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes at regular pickups and up to 60 minutes for inside airport pickups after the scheduled pickup time. We will then try to reach the reserving customer by calling the number provided. Our chauffeurs will attempt to call the clients name on the airport intercom paging system in some cases. If we do not get a response we will then release the car and you (The reserving customer) will be billed for a No Show which will be the Full Price of the ride plus any additional waiting time charges. To authorize the driver to wait please call the office to authorize his wait. If we do not hear from you after the time frame, we will contact the reserving phone number again, if no contact is made you will get billed for the ride plus the waiting time. Therefore A “No Show” fee is equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time fee and will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate our chauffeur, Please call (702)331-0444 to avoid a “No Show” fee.
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACTS: Earth Buses, LLC will charge the reserving customer the cost of cleaning the vehicle as a result of your client or your clients authorized party Getting Sick in, or damaging the vehicle. You will be held responsible for all damages caused by your negligence or your group’s negligence, including a vomit cleaning charge of $500 dollars United States Currency for our vehicle. There is no smoking in any of our vehicles. Failure to comply with our no smoking rule will constitute a fee of $100 dollars United States Currency which will be payable immediately or reservation will be terminated immediately. Upon receipt of the $100 dollars United States Currency and the completion of the reservation the vehicle will be taken out of service to be detailed to remove the smoke odor. You also agree and acknowledge paying all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: A credit card must be provided when reserving a vehicle. All credit cards will be charged 24 hours prior to the start time of the reservation. Payment must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your reservation or your reservation will be moved to a PENDING status until payment is made in full. Once the vehicle is moved to a PENDING status, we no longer guarantee availability of that vehicle.
REFUSAL TO CARRY PERSONS OR PASSENGERS: The driver of the transit vehicle shall have the right to refuse to carry any person or require any passenger to leave the vehicle if the person or passenger is intoxicated, unruly, is believed to be under the influence of narcotics, is believed to present a danger to the health or safety of the driver, or if verbal threats of any kind are made toward any staff member.
ANIMALS: All animals must be in a kennel with the exception of Service Animals providing assistance to handicapped customers.
PARKING: All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees are additional (usually $6.00-$15.00 depending on time). We do not charge them; these fees go directly to the airport parking lots.
HOURLY RATES: Vehicles are rented by the hour. Certain zones and zip codes require additional charges due to vehicle travel time to and from the zones or zip codes.
WAITING TIME: A 30 minutes grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups of domestic or international flights. A 10 minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time will be charged at 30 minute increments after the grace period. Earth Buses, LLC check all domestic and international flights two hour before the driver is dispatched. Any delays will be tracked so that the billing starts from the official time of arrival (ETA).
STOPS: Price per stop varies based on distance and location and amount of time vehicle is rented for; please call us to request pricing. If longer stops or multiple stops are made outside the time of rental then you will be billed stop charges of 30 minutes. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges if they exceed 10 minutes’ drive time outside of rental time.
TOLLS: All round trip tolls are billed to the billing contact on the route chosen. Earth Buses, LLC will charge for all round trip tolls to and from the designated destination. Tolls charges are reimbursed to the driver. Earth Buses, LLC collect only the collected toll.
MEET AND GREET: Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at no charge, however parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account. The chauffeur will be instructed to meet the passenger by at baggage claim or the escalator exit of customs with a sign that has his or her last name on it, the chauffeur will then escort the passenger to the designated car location (Assisting with the luggage).
BAGGAGE: Earth Buses, LLC will not be liable for loss or damage for contents thereof unless occasioned by lack of responsible care on the part of its chauffeurs. Articles with sharp edges, oversized baggage, or that which might otherwise damage the vehicles will not be carried unless securely and safely packaged. Explosives, inflammables, or harmful liquids will not be transported. Excess baggage other than hand baggage may be carried in an additional vehicle to be supplied by Earth Buses, LLC at the vehicle hourly rate.
LIABILITY: Earth Buses, LLC will not be liable for delays caused by an Act of God, public enemies, terrorism, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, traffic delays, and hazards or dangers incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, storms, and other conditions beyond its control, and does not guarantee arrival or departure from any point at a specified time. Earth Buses, LLC will endeavor to maintain the schedule in the charter order but the same is not guaranteed. If any of the above actions occur and make it, in the sole opinion of the Earth Buses, LLC, inadvisable to operate a vehicle either from the place of origin or any point en route, the Earth Buses, LLC shall not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damages for any reason whatsoever.
LIABILITY REGARDING ARTICLES OR ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES: Earth Buses, LLC will not be held liable for articles or items left in vehicles. We will make every attempt to locate and return property to the reserving customer, but will not be liable for unsecured damaged items or if items cannot be found.
INFANT OR TODDLER SEATS: Earth Buses, LLC recommends that parents get their own infant or toddler seats however we can provide an Infant or toddler seats for an additional $15 per seat. Earth Buses, LLC are not liable for malfunctioning infant or toddler seats. Parents are required to install all toddler seats and infant seats including the rental seats. Please mention that you will need an Infant or Toddler Seats when you place your reservation.
CHILDREN-UNACCOMPANIED: No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to take part in service unless a parent/guardian or other responsible adult over the age of 21 accompanies the minors. Minors over 15 will be permitted to take part in service (without adult supervision), if they can provide the Parent Consent Form signed by the parent or legal guardian. We define an adult as any person who is 21 years of age, or older who is responsible for the care and supervision of the child during the charter service.
GRATUITY: As a courtesy, the chauffeur tip (gratuity) is optional and may be added on at the booking client/customers request. We understand that we cannot force a client to pay a gratuity. You may choose to leave this off of the reservation, if you desire to do so.
