Now on its 42nd year, the UNLVino remains to be the biggest and unrivaled tasting event in Las Vegas. Each year, guests get to sample premium quality beverages and delectable cuisines. If you want to be a part the 3-Day 2016 UNLVino, here’s what you should expect:

1st Day, April 14, 2016 | Bubble-Licious | Champagne Under the Stars

UNLVino will open the 2016 event with the sound of champagne and sparkling wine bottle pops for Bubble-Licios. Hundreds of 1st class drinks from Stella Rosa, Wilson Creek Winery, Accolade Wines, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Moet Hennessy USA, and more will be enjoyed throughout the event. Making Bubble-Licious even more memorable are the tasty delights created for the event by Pallazzo and Venetian’s prestigious restaurants including Delmonico steakhouse, DB Brasserie, B&B Ristorante, Bouchon, SushiSamba and others.

Bubble-Licious will be held at The Venetian and will run from 7pm to 10pm. Tickets are sold stating at $100.

2nd Day, April 15, 2016 | Sake Fever | East Meets West

Due to insistent demand, Sake Fever is returning to UNLVino but with a Best of East and West twist. Sake Fever will be featuring cocktails especially made for the night as well as different varieties of Sake. To complete the East and West theme, mouth-watering American and Japanese cuisine from 8 Noodle Bar, Japaniero, Moko Ramen Bar, T-Bones, Hearthstone Kitchen and Cellar, Bottiglia, and more will be served to attending guests.

Red Rock Casino Resort will play host to Sake Fever. Tickets are sold starting at $75.

Last Day, April 16, 2016 | Grand Tasting

The highlight of UNLVino is its Grand Tasting. During this event, guests can sample libations offered by numerous famous suppliers. This includes Bacardi USA,Inc., Asahi Beer USA, Inc., Castle Rock Winery, Ferrari Carano, Folio Fine Wine Partners, Full Sail, Remy Cointreau, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Riboli Family Wines, Winebow Leonardo LoCascio Selections, New Belgium, and others.

Talented chefs from D.O.C.G. enotecaDW Bistro, MTO Café, Crazy Pita Restaurant, Makers & Finders Coffee, STK, and Scarpetta as well as culinary students from UNLV Culinary Arts department will be whipping up delectable cuisines that will complement the drinks.

The Grand Tasting will be at Paris Las Vegas. Tickets are sold starting at $100.

The After Party
