When in Vegas, the question on everyone’s lips are “Where do we eat?”. Instead of going to already famous restaurants, why not discover new dining establishments in Sin City? You might discover a better favorite spot.

Check out these best new restaurants (to date) for a different and delicious food experience you and your friends will enjoy:

Bardot Brasserie – Are you a fan of Chef Michael Mina? Then, you’d be glad to know that he has another new restaurant you can frequent. The Bardot Brasserie offers delectable French cuisine including escargot, lobster Thermidor, steak tartare and frisée au lardons.

Shake Shack – This famous New York burger chain has finally landed in Vegas. Forget whatever diet routine you are following and try the classic favorite, Shackburger with plenty of fries. Cool off with their ultimate dessert named Shack-a-palooza, a huge sundae with choco truffle cookie dough, waffles, toffee, and tons of sauces. Or at least grab a shake. It is called “Shake” Shack after all.

Tapas by Alex Stratta – Out of the way or not, Tapas by Alex Stratta at Tivoli Village is a great escape from the hubbub of the city. Their mouth-watering signature dishes, which include oxtail stew, paella, curried lamb kebabs, and roasted porchetta, are great for sharing with friends. Try their homemade sangria, too.

Anchor Bar – You’ve never had crazy good Buffalo wings until you’ve tasted the wings at Anchor Bar. With the usual celery sticks and blue cheese, their Buffalo wings are even more delicious during happy hour when it’s half-priced.
