In the past, one can only watch and swoon over Giada de Laurentiis cooking on television. But now that the Emmy award-winning celebrity chef has her own restaurant at The Cromwell Las Vegas, you can finally get to taste Giada’s delicious Italian creations, Vegas style!

GIADA opened its doors in June 2014 and has been consistently serving delicious dishes that are lovingly developed by Giada herself, her Aunt Raffy and even her maternal grandfather. The restaurant’s menu is basically Italian but with refreshing Californian influences. The specialties include lemon crema spaghetti with shrimp, fregolotto with morel mushrooms and baby zucchini, Swiss chard rolls with Indian spiced rice, pomodoro, raisins, and tofu, mustard crusted rack of lamb with summer panzanella and puttanesca coulis, chicken marsala meatballs with roasted wild mushrooms, Sardinian gnocchi al Pomodoro and more.

Open as early as 8am, GIADA also offers breakfast/lunch and brunch tasting menus for early diners. Selections include pizza, antipasti, meat, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh juices, signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

Giada De Laurentiis’s charisma and million-dollar smile can be felt while dining in her restaurant. GIADA exudes charm, comfort and natural brightness which makes guests feel very welcome. Apart from the dining room, GIADA’s mouthwatering dishes can be enjoyed in the lounge or on the outdoor patio overlooking the Bellagio fountains.
